Tampa Bay fishing report

Report Date: July 17, 2006

Big snook are still chewing in lower Tampa Bay. Todays action was a little slower due to the slower tide but we were able to get some snook to chew like this

Nice Tampa Bay snook

Nice Tampa Bay snook. Then we went to the shipping channel to catch spanish and king mackerel. These fish were more than cooperative eating everything that hit the water. Fishing remains strong and I'm looking forward to fishing inside the bay for a while bumping the bridges during the heat of the summer. Tight lines!
