Tampa Bay FishingReport Date: January 13, 2010We've had quite the cold spell for the last couple weeks now but the fish still have to eat. We've been catching redfish in the very shallow potholes while fishing lower Tampa Bay. With these reds have been some quality trout and a few flounder here and there. The sheepshead bite remains steady around all the structures in the bay. I'm using mainly barnacles but on some of the deeper holes the small pieces of shrimp on a light wire hook have worked well. |
